Our Company; a team of photographers with a common goal: create dynamic heartfelt images that defy trendy kitsch while staying fresh and true to both the moment and the photographer’s vision. Here is a bit more about each of our talented artists.

Roy Llera; with over 27 years of experience, Roy is a diamond among photographers. Both passionate and skilled, he is an accomplished portraitist as well as a “real world” photojournalist – see his study of Cuban life. A thread of tradition is woven throughout Roy’s work – he creates images that families treasure for generations. Roy is as driven as he is creative in his search for those fleeting moments that will spark your imagination and touch your heart.

Todd Plager; with a professional relationship commencing in 1992, Todd is the Business Manager of Roy Llera Photographers. After spending 10 years behind the lens, Todd changed his life’s direction to pursue two new passions: business and T’ai Chi. Very much a “people person”, you can depend upon him for the ultimate in personalized customer care. Stella Hernandez; as early as she can remember, Stella has always loved taking pictures and, by working hard over a summer break, purchased her first professional camera. After completing her degree in photography, Stella’s career took off. Now, Stella enjoys her role as Photographer and Production Manager here at Roy Llera Photographers. She brings her talented and artistic vision to both the images she creates from behind the camera as well as the albums that she designs. Warm and personable, we know that you will love working with Stella.

Ricardo Aguiar; art has been a part of Ricardo’s life since childhood. His mother, a painter and pianist, gave him the inspiration to purse his passion. He studied oil painting and later, as a professional, became an established Art Director. Photography has become an extension of his artistic vision since joining Roy Llera Photographers in 2007. Calm under pressure, Ricardo displays his talent at capturing the fleeting moment and attention to detail. The results are wonderfully unique photographs that we know you’ll cherish for years to come.
